We only use a select subcontractor community who offer their expertise in areas such as lighting, plumbing, millwork, custom cabinetry, custom furniture, flooring, tile work,  and wallpaper to name a few. We staff our own painters, allowing us to control our finish product more effectively. DP Construction's emphasis on the small details of a project separates us from the competition. Since we have an ongoing established relationship with our subcontractors DP Construction is able to control quality and time constraints more efficiently.  We accept full responsibility for the successful completion of every project and consistently strive at delivering high-quality craftsmanship to our client. Dimitris Patsos, President/Founder
Dimitris founded the company in 1979. As a result of his many years in the business, he has extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of construction. Unlike other owners, Dimitris still actively commits himself to the successful completion of each project. 

George Patsos - Vice President
George Patsos, Dimitris’ son, has grown up in the family business. He graduated from Drew University with a degree in Political Science. From there George went on to New York University to earn a Master’s Degree in Construction Management. George is responsible for the management of every project and all business operations of the company as well.
